True friend

What I think a true friend should be is loyal, trustworthy, honest and humble.  They should stick closest to you than a brother or sister.  A true friend should stick by you through the bitter end.  Also a true friend should be willing to lay down his or her life for you.  God bless the person that has a once in a lifetime true friend.
