Truly Loved
Here in my arms you will swing
When beautiful eyes need to sleep
Where hair gets stroked
And troubles are soothed
Oh, my darling! How I love you!
Proudly will I cheer and shout
And catch you when your legs give out
As those little legs learn to walk
And that sweet innocent mouth learns to talk
My baby, so small, you amaze me!
What a fool I willingly behave
To hear you laugh when your face looks grave
Never do I want you to worry
Growing up shouldn't be hurried
My child, my heart, if you only knew
Just how much I adore you!

It is amazing how much the heart can grow. When our first was born I never knew what complete love was like. Then when our second was one the way. I wondered how I could love another as much. The heart just grows and grows to accommodate every need. This poem shows the strong love of a mother to her child. That is the most perfect love outside that of our Lord the father. The writer here has done a great job of catching the wonderful feeling of love. good job, Anthony
