"Truth is A Meal"

We must Be careful to not get caught up in the rat race
Some say They're marching to Heaven but are only marching in place.
These are the Ones who give lip service they're popping up everywhere
Don't have to know where They come from,We know the Devil's there.
They say They come to feed Us but only bringeth hot air
Leaves a bad taste in Our mouths and Our Souls left in despair.
We must not drop Our guard to only Be left in suspense
And never forsake Jah's light,the light's Our goodly defense.
In parts of this Life it will Be like going thru a maze
To not Be firm in faith can leave Us all in a daze.
When We present Ourselves to the world let good Be what We sow
Just so this world can perceive that it is Jah We know.
Some of the sweetest words will Be straight and few
To refresh the Soul and bring the light anew.
When We refuse to eat Satan's lies all must understand how We feel
Our hunger is for Almighty Jah Yes,for His Truth Is A Meal!  Amen
