Twitterpated

I found him in serendipity

and acquiesced, unchecked,

to his dulcet oaths.

A hollow now sated,

an ache, slain,

I have somehow morphed

from that to this,

a corporeal chimera.

I have, joyously and fervently

woven myself into him

and danced within his words,

waltzing away sapphire days

and singing them replete

with carnelian choruses.

That hum of a dolorous and

immutable future now echoes

with a wealth of serenity

enrapturing my heart as I listen

to his mellifluous undersong.

I am twitterpated.
