" TYRIAN PURPLE " (the re-write)

" TYRIAN PURPLE " (the re-write)

So rare was this ancient dye
That many men spent their entire lives
In the preparation and protection of its secrets
If they would dare even think to wear such a thing
They would be flogged and left to die...

Mined from a mollusk, made into weaves
It became the most valuable commodity
The world had ever seen
From the banks of the Mediterranean Sea
It became the symbol of the ruling elite
The apex color of Roman society
The cloth of power and wealth
Dating to 1600 BC....

Its value today, will blow you away
At four thousand dollars a gram
TYRIAN PURPLE
The most powerful color in all the land.....

Can't say that he has surprised me more, if history about Tyrian Purple, the hieroglyph of the image. $4000 per one gram makes it even more coveted to that gold, so is Tyrian Purple continues using the same as in the antiquity and that it is still a fad for millionaires.

Fortunately that color not stick with my complexion and I have not included my colours of costumes. A hug, I loved the composition, the content is educational, entertaining and creative you can ask more to a poem?
