UMBRELLAS

tis said the raindrop never sleeps
it fattens on the tears we weep
carry's all to cloud's distill
to rain again as is god's will
and no one knows where god will
show
or of who's hearts the rains will
flood
umbrellas seem the only way to
repell powers we can't slay
