Poem -
Unbroken Warrior
Anchored by the demons hiding inside.Ā
but it's the light that she thrives to reside.
she is broken, reserved, her heart stays guarded.
to realize the strength she holds within is the key.
darkness keeps a hold so strong and steady,
but when the demons think their victory is completed.
she wipes her face, smiles, and whispers,
"only God will over power me." so she stands still undefeatedĀ
then her hazel eyes sparkle the tears relinquish.
she knows in time she will fall again,
but, she will never fall weak and give in.she is a warrior destined to win.Ā
