Poem -
Understanding Everything !
This was supposed to explain everything
To answer the ultimate questions of living
But the complex nature of our reality
Can not be solely conveyed in poetry !
......................................................
Scientists and mathematicians need evidence
That everything is understood of existence
Desiring sources of technical data analysed
Before accepting meaning to all before our eyes !
......................................................
Take it from me, the reason why we are all here
Will, with due discretion, be made abundantly clear
Have it to say, the faithless have a shock in store
When they discover after death there's much more !

Richard! Amen! Well, the scripture (Mark 9:44-48) seems clear; those who are cast into hell will "have a shock in store when they discover after death there's much more" because "their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched." The faithless will live forever in an environment far worse than Dante's Inferno. Oh what a terrible day it will be when mercy and grace is removed from this world!

Hey Sir Waters!!..........I love the matter-of-fact delivery here...........shows a LOT of faith in your own belief system..............I don't necessarily agree with final two lines but ~ we ALL have our own path to walk......... for me, we ALL get to the same place eventually............elegantly provocative my friend........love to you brother.............T xo
My beliefs have been sorely tested at times due to what I have seen and experienced but my faith is a constant which gives me the strength to face further traumatic events !
But the comfort and support you find in others is what really helps !!!
