Universal Fire
In prayer there exists no reason to ask
That which is helpful to the self
For the light already knows your desires
Beware the obvious....
In prayer
Simplistically ask
For what is acceptable to the all
That which will bring honor
Know
That you wish to be filled
With supreme fire
Where knowing is the supreme good
And knowing, we must wait
For the moment when time
Implodes
And in exchange for sacrificing
What choices you've had
Shimmer in a chalice
Remembering you will be fulfilled
Through death
Where faith is rewarded
And you see with angelic eyes
That you are a part of the light
Let this be your only desire
That the universe is ever glorified
In you
Whether by life
Or death
For both are one thing
And prayer
Will bring you to the
Incomprehensible
And to the only truth
That our universe
Is All,
And so are you...

This work reaches a crescendo or pinnacle with a dramatic conclusion. The build up is thoughtful asking the reader to spend time in contemplating their needs and wants transferred into prayers and their place and worth.
