Universal light

There is so much light
In the universe,
Divine, sublime,
Cosmic and incandescent
Glowing filigree,
As colours shimmer through
Star field nurseries,
Lighting up the night
Highlighting galaxies
And the cosmic mist
Obscuring colourful nebulae,
While shooting comets follow me
As asteroids rain like I’ve never seen
And as black hole draw in collapsing
And folding planets and stars before me,
A supernova explodes into the brightest light,
That you have ever seen.
