Unnecessary shouting

To the helpless, I was shouting screaming
The brave men were elsewhere
They were not in front of me
Quite often, I shout on those
Weaker than me
I thought I have strength
Doctor said,
It is the doubt of me
The ear-plugs redfed my ears
My voice, back to me
