UNPACK MY BAG
I wanted to be healed
But my bag was packed and sealed
Filled with hurt & lack of trust
Blame, hatred and Disgust
So I begin to Unpack My Bag
My bag needed to be unpacked
In order to take my life back
So I unpacked the hurt & pain
Helping me to feel sane
Unpack My Bag
I unpacked the lack of trust
We all know that's a must
Can't eat, can't sleep with trust issues
No way this can continue

Unpack my Bag Please

Trust issues keep me in fear
Fear of betrayal causing me many tears
Fear of humiliations
By my manipulator with his manipulations

It getting lighter as I Unpack My Bag

Lack of trust Unpacked
Beginning to get everything in tack
Bag still full of other stuff
Unpacking Blame because I had enough
Unpack this Bag of Blame
I blamed you for everything in my life
The good, the bad, my decision and strife
Even when things seemed Good
Our talks was often misunderstood
Unpack the Blame
Blame made me feel I had bad luck
Until the day I felt the Master's touch
He unpacked blame for me & held me accountable throughout
The process he open my eyes and removed all doubt
Unpack My Bag from Hatred
Bag still sealed with some trash
Fill with hatred towards ex's, & others that need to be smash
Mind filled with spiteful actions
Often fueled my distractions
OH HATRED UNPACKED
I need to unpack the hatred
And Identify the source of the matter
Relax and take deep breaths
All this built up can be the cause of my death
Unpack my Bag
When hatred was unpacked
There was nothing I lacked
My bag almost empty
But I don't need your sympathy
My Bag almost Unpacked
As I reflect on all the bag was filled with
I realize my life was no myth
The last was the hardest to get rid of
Disgust unpacked and replaced with love
Disgusted with all packed blocking my healing
Had my daily walk so unpealling
Now my bag is Unpacked
My life on track

With no unnecessary Stress
