Water like time unstoppable in its race,
Flowing inconsistent etching lines on a face,
A path not straight but meandering swift,
A life if made long from our maker a gift,
At points on the way these trickles do merge,
Uniting together growing stronger in surge,
A bubbling brook transforms to a stream,
When we met we became a river a dream,
A powerful force through life we cascade,
Over obstacles we race our course is made
Our dreams to achieve before our ocean we reach,
Drifting together until our lives do beach,
When the sun does set and with our feet on the sand,
Reflection of the sunset holding each other’s hand,
Before we dissolve into the celestial deep,
