Unsure Feeling

This feeling makes me unsure.
Everything is a blur.
I’m unsure of which feeling a prefer.
I’m unsure of what feeling will next occur.
Should I really care?
Are my dark feeling really still there?
I’m unsure because this feeling still Aren’t  clear.
I take out my silver demon because I am unsure, which gives me fear.
Am I still alive or is all this just a dream?
I seem to be alive.
I hear a scream in my mind, does this mean I am going towards the extreme?
Maybe it is just a dream, let me try another bloodstream.
Not a dream it seems.
I guess I have to what and see what this feeling means.
