Poem -

Veil of Grief

In shadows cast by silent screams, A heart's lament, a shattered dream, Through hollow halls where echoes weep, A sorrow's veil, so dark and deep.Tears fall like rain on barren ground, In whispered winds, lost hopes resound, A soul adrift in endless night, No dawn to break, no guiding light.Memories, like ghosts, they roam, In empty rooms, they make their home, A weight of loss, too much to bear, A silent cry fills empty air.In the depths of this despair, A wounded spirit, stripped and bare, Yet in the sorrow, strength is found, A quiet hope, a whispered sound. For even in the darkest night, A spark can grow, a flame ignite, And though the pain may never cease, In time, a heart may find its peace.
