Victory in the power of prayer.

As I sat there with a puzzled stare.
Wondering if anyone cared.
It wasn't until I was told  "I don't have much time left" 
Maybe a week, Maybe a month
spend it with the ones you love.
Time wasn't on my side 
as my heart was giving up to die.
I set there and mostly cried.
Whimpering with a sad sigh.
I looked up from where I was 
that's when I heard this loud buzz.
I wiped the tears from my eyes, but to my surprise
It was Jesus standing by my side.
He said "Don't you cry child It's gonna be Ok,
Don't you worry or be dismayed.
If you trust me I will stay,
And take this affliction far away.
I prayed a prayer to God above 
Now God granted me the wings of a dove.
Jesus said to show others the power of Love.
The Doctors were speechless  
as God said to have meekness.
The Power of death can break you down
But God is the maker and he will give you your crown.
