Vindication

His words shall echo through time.
And they instill themselves inside.
My thoughts and words will decay.
For all eternity shall they fall away.
I failed to see His glory and might.
My thoughts I did swear were right.
His words were true, it is my loss.
For my pride nailed Him to a cross.
Eternal torment and pain I endure.
But not for the saved and the pure.
By His name the earth they claim.
Oh why did I not believe His name?
Vengeance He took upon my soul.
Vindicated are the pure and whole.
