Nighttime indigo blue
permeates the room.
No lights
now you have gone.
Just the mellow glow of darkness.

Does sadness
have a shade of blue?
Does silence
have a sound?

I can feel the echoes
of you all through
the house.

For countless times
I call our number
I can hear once more
the timbre of your voice

Am I holding
you back from heaven?
Your sweet voice
ask me
to leave a message.
I whisper
I miss you honey.
