Poem -

WALK ON

Always tiny enough
Just to catch in the throat
Never tear it or rip it
Don't choke

DON'T CHOKE

Sharp enough always
To stick in the lungs
Labouring breath
On the way

NICE DEEP BREATHS

Tacs then not nails
On the pathways and trails
Ever condemned
To walk on

WALK ON

Plenty of tears
So we never run dry
Fall to our knees
Just to cry

CRY CRY

Struggle for meaning
That exists not at all
Get up  keep moving
Stand tall

DONT FALL

Lessons are unlearned
With fear and pain
Little to show
Nothing gained

NOTHING GAINED

All to be reclaimed
By darkening skies
Hearts fail to beat
Then we die

DIE DIE.

Interjectory Note:
I've never won either kids, but I once received a 'Wow, that stinks!' from the Cosmo Heirarchy, so I'm encouraged.
End of interjection.
