Walk On.

I am walking on bare feet.
For days i have not eat.
But i won’t admit defeat.
This hard life my soul won’t beat.
On my soul life did cheat.
My soul life did not friendly greet.
On my soul life give coldness it give me no loving heat.
Now i walk barefoot on this cold wintery street.
I know soon my saviour i will meet.
With him i soon will be beside him on his warm heavenly seat.
