Walking shoes

I put on my walking shoes this morning time to venture out
I am walking alongside of my husband we are trying to keep our weight down maintain it as well as shed a few more pounds 
God says in his word be anxious for nothing but by prayer and supplication with thanks giving let your requests be made known to God
