Wall Street

Wall Street

I am walking up the concrete
steps
Grey and bitter
This is not God

Taking the elevator
Looking over the metropolis
The jungle concrete
This is not God

Driving down Wall Street
Past the exchange
The numbers
This is not God

Tacos from corner
Wall and Maiden
The truck stop
This is not God

Sad but true.  But I believe God will gladly be where He is welcome and will (sadly) politely step aside from where He is not
