Marsipona,. I feel like I've Waltzed through life a few times with thunder. I love your poem. Congrats to you Marsipona. You are very gifted. Love, Terry Kay
Hi Terry Kay, thank you so much for your comment! I don't even know how I ended up winning... It is really nice to see people I don't know believing in me so thank you for that!
Thanks Marsi,
Unfortunately, I don't have a great deal of time to write, but maybe if I sneak my name onto one of YOUR poems when you're not looking, I'll pick up a victory. Sound good? Thanks. ; )
No! I wasn't going to completely pilfer them, I was just going to put my name on there, and it would be a collaboration(without me doing any of the work), and a big win for both of us.
With your wonderful writing, and brains, and beauty, and my...umm...umm...really nice, mechanical pencil, I think we can be a great team! ; 0
Thanks,
Exactly! But I'm the lazy kid who doesn't do any of the work, and you're the smart, Valedictorian girl, who wants to do well, and you end up doing everything while we both get equal credit. I think it's a great plan, so let's do it, Kiddo.
" AS LONG AS IT ISN' T THE LAST DANCE.....I'll take it !!!!!! Life turns on its head....when music delivers strokes of the beat in harmony with your preset notions. The steps of this waltz defy the ordinary giving true definition to hybrid consideration, where reality and fantasy merge. The more astute ascertain the strength of unity within all body language, to add to the sounds that echo for a lifetime. There can be no doubt in your desire to bring forth a vision demanding consideration of romantic but tragic alliances....when reflecting on what truly matters. The " marriage bed " construct poses us questions as well as delivering answers, within the bonds or boundaries of relativity, or not. :) Wishing you all the best in your endeavours. Take care. :)
Thank you for you poetic reply! The interpretation of this poet is different for each person and it can have different meanings from time to time.
I always love to know how others interpretate my poems, so thank you for this comment :)
And I'm sure this will not be the last dance, storms don't last :)

Awesome!
Matthew.
Thank you and I did win (first place) :)
Awesome, Marsipona! Good job! I think I was in that, too...I got 82nd place...out of a field of 13...so I'm feeling pretty good about that.
Way to go, Bucko.
Matthew.
I have read your poems and they are really good (and beautiful). I'm sure you will win in the future!

Maybe I should consider a security guard to protect my poems 24/7 :)
(I don't have a lot time to write either but sometimes a poem appears in my head and then I write it down)
