Was I Robbed?

A while ago, a distant memory
You robbed someone’s heart, committing a felony
Establishing something new, call yourself a noviceĀ 
Taking ordinary to extraordinary, making a false promise
We took a road less travelled, unifying a bond
You cut it so easily, I failed to correspond
You ripped it out of my heart, smashed it into a thousand pieces
Every thought I had about you, now suddenly decreases
Lavish, Lavender, Luxury, Lugubrious
Threw sand in my eyes, yet it hit the nucleus
Whether in this life or the next, I will be triumphant
Woefully escaping the cruelty and the judgement
Will I see you there? Witnessing my success
In a matter of just moments, my moment will address...
