Poem -

WAS IT HER ?

You will never have guessed who I just saw
Right before my eyes as I left my front door
Was it really who I thought I'm not so sure
Went by so fast can't see her anymoreĀ

All day I was thinking could it really beĀ
The person I hoped that my eyes did see
Something to ponder whilst making my tea
For if it was her that lady is special to meĀ

Next morning I left my door at the same timeĀ
A quick glimpse of her again would be sublimeĀ
An outsider would think this as a pantomimeĀ
So ending this most unusual and quirky rhyme
