Poem -

Watermark.

He signed his name across her body
A watermark of love in faith,
He vowed to be her amour then,  keep her bound and safe,

His arms were her shelter,  His heart she knew was true and rare,  she could see the future, and he was always there,

Her skin resemble words of wisdom,  the light upon them shines as bright,  he had grown accustomed to her passion and her fight,

And as the years had passed on by, stronger was her heart and soul
For he was building her a fortress
made of golden tears, that roll

For he had thought she would then leave
If fear could not then contain, he held her in the midst of love, and the strongest pain.
