Waves, Like Emotions ( completed)

Under the still waters-
Insidious.
Something contained.
Water stirs beneath,
sight unrevealed.

As a vicious monster-
Nefarious
The Tranquility strained.
The strength unleashed,
it awakens, unsealed.

The waved created-
Serious.
White caps break untrained.
The roar the winds besieged.
It's call, it's wield.

Proceed with caution-
Ignominious.
Fear and worthlessness ingrained.
Anger builds within, revealing the beast.
It will not yield.

Waves crash on the rocky shores-
Oblivious.
Emotions not longer restrained.
Tears falling, they increase.
Mind-soul-heart now healed.

Keeping emotions bottled up-
Vociferous.
Convey concern, peace obtained.
When you share,sadness will cease.
Grounded, white light; your shield.

Open up allow happiness-
Glorious.
As the beauty of the waves, flamed.
Boisterous laughter, face creased.
It takes but a moment,
the beauty that is you....revealed.
