We all have problems right?

We all have problems we deal with day to day.

Some take them head on to solve them straight away.

The rest of us choose to hide them and no matter what you say, when asked if you're alright, you pretend you're ok.

To hide them can for some take them to a dark place, unable to find the courage to address them face to face.

 This can be the road that leads you to drink and or drugs, some of you this will mellow, whilst the others can turn into thugs..

It always seems a good idea at the start, but you wake up the following morning still with that same pain in your heart..

Taking drugs and or drinking can no doubt give you pleasure, but you and l both know it's only a temporary measure.

We ALL have problems take it from someone that knows, hide them you try but trust me it shows.

There is no truer saying that a problem shared is a problem halved, to hold it in, to hide it only keeps the help you need starved.
