Poem -

weeding the garden

says the garden needs weeding
I don't bite
I say it's only just April
Plus I don't want to fight
she is slurping her tea again
rolling her eyes again

Going to order a skip she says
place is a tip she says

I say you have limitations and
Dad is now dead
You don't fucking need
To be emptying the shed plus
Your son still needs burying
Can't you give it a rest
this woman I love
yet sometimes detest

I get up to leave
she says suit yourself
I love you I say
I do. Anyway.

Oh, you two will get over it by tomorrow. Love is always there,
even among the weeds.   B

Marion, I think ''you two" means Marion talking to Marion. And sometimes
you love ''her'' and other times you don't. That's my perception, but again,
the beauty of writing is allow ourselves to let the imagination run free.
And you, lady. have wings!
