Week 7! Madness sinking in?

Coronavirus log

24/05/2020
Coronavirus log.
Week 7!
Madness sinking in...

How many hairs around the world,
Through stress,
 that must be lost,
After the first 7 weeks,
Of this coronavirus,
Madness sinking in,
For you and for us...

Is our government thick,
Is there a brain under,
Our fumbling prime ministers wig?
Surely not,
After the unveiling of this last week.
People now thinking it’s ok,
To congregate,
To get within our personal 2 metre breathing space,
how do they think,
It’s now right to be face to face?
It’s not just happening here but all over the place!
Do we think,
Qto the rest of the planet,
That we are some kind of super race.
Why don’t we do as other countries done,
After they made this fatal,
Early mistake.
Our governments elite,
Now thinking it’s now ok,
amongst themselves,
To wine and dine.
Whilst helping pass on the virus,
For a continued amount of time.
So 5 more weeks of our self isolation,
I think by the end of this,
I’ll be bald and end up in an institution.
That’s if our government doesn’t wipe us all out,
Causing  total annihilation!

How many hairs around the world,
Through stress,
 that must be lost,
After the first 7 weeks,
Of this coronavirus,
Madness sinking in,
For you and for us...

They thought they could control it.
They thought it could be tamed.
Why didn’t they think first,
Of how to self contain.
Surely there’s a cure for this,
As we now know,
It was man made!
Surely we can end this virus,
All we need to do,
Is stay longer in our self made cave.
As I’ve already said,
Do as other countries have.
Otherwise there will be no end,
To this virus,
We’ll all be enslaved!

How many hairs around the world,
Through stress,
 that must be lost,
After the first 7 weeks,
Of this coronavirus,
Madness sinking in,
For you and for us..

So like me,
Do you feel that madness settling in?
Are you talking to yourself more,
As there’s no one else to sit and listen?
Are you dancing,
With just your own feet,
Gliding across,
Your homemade dancefloor?
Madness starting to set in,
Ourselves own company,
Hopefully not forever more.
Hopefully soon my children can go out to play,
Hopefully soon we can venture out,
Further than our home front door!

How many hairs around the world,
Through stress,
 that must be lost,
After the first 7 weeks,
Of this coronavirus,
Madness sinking in,
For you and for us...
Now is a time and a moment for me,
To add a little more truth,
To this coronavirus situation,
I found out I lost a good friend this week,
All I’m feeling is devastation.
Anger at the public,
For this continued ,
Virus death multiplication.
I feel for My friends family,
Where’s their retribution?
Where was his help,
when he needed it most?
Where’s their compensation?...
I hope the ones out there,
Spreading it,
With not a care in the world,
Causing more isolation.
Realise what they are doing,
And stand tall for your nation.
Take more care,
If you have to go out,
Please help put an end,
To this infestation!
