~ Weeping Willow ~

~ Weeping Willow ~

Down to the ground your arms do weep
What vital, gracious wings of a fairy dream
The ancient and the new dimensions do dangle
With such grace and swimming triangles
Showering themselves down to the ground's seams

How I adore the unique shade from your smile
To bask in your cool uniqueness a while
Such refuge you bring on a warm summer's day
Where I open my notebooks and write the day away
I bathe in the inspiration from the shade of that smile

'Tis a magical place I find myself in 'neath your wings
Where anything is possible, where magic truly sings
What vital, gracious wings of a fairy dream
Such a setting is never quite what it seems
More a dream 'neath the willow's happening

Down to the ground your arms do weep
And sweep and sway your way into my dreams
I have become so accustomed to your presence
I have tasted the life blood of your essence
Grateful am I, for God's gift of your glad symphony

Weeping Willow, yours is a grace that ever beams
The true nature of this, our most blessed reality....

I enjoyed that. It took me to memories of a few favourite spots I've enjoyed throughout my years of childhood and travel. I'm pretty sure everyone can relate.
