WEIGHT LOSS

I'm doing a bench press and a squat thrust
In order to lose weight I really must
I have to watch what I eat and consume
Junk food is out the window there is no room
It's not easy seeing the weight leave and disappear
I have tried to do it now for almost a year
Gym sessions and walking everywhere I go
If there is another way then please let me know
In the meantime I will continue my fitness regime
