Welcome aboard my train of lifeš
All aboard the everlasting train of life
Take an adventerous rollercoaster rideĀ
Amidst sheer pleasure and monotony
Happiness and sadness
We will travel far and wide
Ups and downs along the never-ending trackĀ Ā
A continuous trail of possibilities with an unbelievable waining and a wax
Tho once you climb on it,
Ā One will not disembark
Until you have made momento memoirs and enstamped your mark
Betwixt those highs and the lows of this journeys timetable
One may express emotional turmoil if one is able
There shall be a carriage at the rear of this endlessly long express
One is welcome to take a seatĀ
If one is suffering any stress
Never-the-less do not be deterred
A Tour guidance with a variety of music will be heard
Amongst tears, sadnesss, strife with gladness
Each and everyone will endeavour different things
This is a travel of opportunities
to experience realism
Whilst you soak up a lifetime of memories it brings

day then to go walking

Ay iv got those pains in side of head so avoiding bright sunshine abit but may later tonight i did last night lil flat walk with Bob ā¤ļøšā¤ļø
so his knee is betterĀ
Still got long splint on but getting much better so he can walk limping ā¤ļøšā¤ļø
