“Well done “ to Amar Latiff ⭐️

“Well done “ to Amar Latiff ⭐️

Something on tv that made me feel enthrall
I witnessed a blindman slide down a waterfall
He sat in a solo canoe
& if he could of seen the sheer drop, I bet it’s not what he would do

Oh my goodness, he shrieked “Wow”
He was so brave tho I didn’t know how
He tumbled through the rapids from such a scarey height
Tho he could not see a vision, he still laughed in sheer delight

Totally amazing when he abseiled down a cliff
Bless him, it must have been frightening & given him a massive gliff

What a-shivering &
a-shaking
Tho he said it was a tremendous awakening,
Plunging deep down into a rocky pool in a ravine
Yet he couldn’t see a thing
He is such an inspiration, totally blind poor thing

You should have seen him lead a llama for a walk
He was so elate & thrilled
I just thought, Eeeh what a bloke

He met a farmer who was building a dry-stone wall
So with only the senses of his feelings & no sight af all
He was delighted at what he’d done
He loved his bit that he did so well
Yet another new experience for him one could tell

Then he left the countryside
Walking into the town
He went into an old sweety shop
The owner let him lift his favourite strawberry bon bons down

So when he was about to weigh his bag of sweeties using an old original scale
It’s physical shape he felt was a joy
You see he could see perfectly well as a very young boy

I adored this program last night on the tv
It made me aware of our senses & he really inspired me

Amar Latiff you are a lovely man
I hope to see you again on tv if I can
You showed such courage
at trying everything new
With an amazing, happy charisma the entire program through

The scenery & splendour of Yorkshire’s river nidd
was tremendous viewing
for everyone
So congratulations for your adventures & a very ‘Well done’
