Well Worth the Wait

Stephen met with Daisy with forks in her hair,

Dancing and laughing without a care,

And for her birthday, some glow sticks arrived,

With joy in her heart for a thoughtful surprise.

Lion King and smarties the perfect first date,

And 7 years down this was well worth the wait.

As the distance made their love grow strong,

No hard times would break their special bond.

Things haven’t been easy especially this year,

But day by day as their wedding drew near,

And they reflected on the good times and cried about the sad,

But having each other made them nothing but glad,

So with a heart full of love, and with their families and friends
