What I once knew

I feel like I'm being dragged to where I cant be 

Forced into something I don't want to see 

When my night was good 

And my feelings stood

For I knew at the end

I'd be back on the floor

But life goes on like it did before

So let this reunion flourish

Because soon it will die

And what we had

Will be one big goodbye 

Till the end of time

And I know for one that's a crime  

Then all the memories come flooding back

I know if I fall for it I'll forever look back 

Because time after time this happens to me 

Looking for love all around 

To cure the pain that was surely bound 

Need to think straight, don't fall for the bate 

And I'll be fine, living how I do
