What we are

We think that we are something. 
We think that we're rather bright.
We walk as if we are a little invincible.
As if we have so much inside.
Then a gust of wind comes along.
On this one day, it arrives. 
Blowing us this way, blowing us all around.
Showing us, our thoughts.
Are really not quite right.
We have no super powers.
We barely hold on to the ground.
It is the God above us.
Who gives us all that we are.
Maybe we can change our thinking. 
Change our ways and how we are.
Caring for those around us.
Kindness for all around. 
Then maybe we can be something. 
Something special after all. 
And maybe with this goodness.
With the backing of our Lord.
We can become a little stronger.
Strong forever more.
