WHATEVER WEATHER

The thunder they promised didn't come last night
Lightening strikes they said were kept out of sight
No heavy rain deluged the night-time street
Another day tomorrow will be with stiffling heat

It always amazes me how the weather can change
To be a weather predictor must be hard and strange
Weather patterns constantly change every hour
Would explain the lack of that heavy rain shower

Weather is a topic that is widely discussed
I can't say I'm particularly bothered or fussed
So whether the weather is rain, sun or snow
We can't change it for this I'm sure you know
