WHEN NOT IF (SECOND WAVE COMING)
A case of not if but actually whenĀ
I know it will happen and wait until then
It's happening in Europe and heading this way
Travelling and crowds don't help I have to say
I'm referring of course to the second waveĀ
When it arrives I know I will have to be braveĀ
I will try not to get stressed and try to be calm
Wear my mask like I'm told can't do any harm
We are in August soon and the summer is goingĀ
The virus is taking hold no signs of it slowing
I understand how hard being locked inside can beĀ
The only solution as far as I can possibly see
This virus takes no prisoners so be on your guardĀ
Value the simple pleasures when times get hard
Don't take anything for granted my advice to you
Enjoy the green grass and the sky so blue

They're predicting another 300,000,000 dead in the U.S. by November...
They haven't a clue when Covid-19 meets the Flu...
It's going to get real ugly real fast...
I know they're working on a vaccine for the Covid and they they've had a Flu shot for years but, no one knows if each vaccine will do the job separate...
That's going to be a super bug...
We haven't seen that first wave yet and yes I don't know how long this first wave will last and I don't know if and when we'll have that much time if and when the second wave hits...
Hopefully, you're conditions are better because, knowing what I know of the Queen she's going to do her best for you all not to go through that...
She doesn't want this for her Country...
From what I hear is that you're Country is on more precautionary preventative than we are so far...
We can hope the U.S. will gain as much intelligence as you all...
