When the colors fall. By Jude kyrie

When the colors fall. By Jude kyrie

When the colors fall

On dulcet nights
the colors fall.
From a shrouded sky
rains midnight blue.

In weeping shadows
faint whispers haunting,
I know that voice is you.

In the muted silence
Soft music plays.
Old memories waltz
to a romantic tune.

In the breaking light
The colors fall.
From a waking sky
comes paler blue

Yet In my heart
the colors fall.
Each time
I dream of you.

All our colors mingle there
of every shade and hue.
But the only color that
I can see
is broken
 sad and blue.
