WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

Don't you just love it when things go wrong 
One after another making the day seem long 
This happened to me when I woke up today
Wish I stayed in bed is all that I will say 

I got up at eight and no milk for my cereal 
Actually I tell a lie the milk was bacterial 
Then I left the house and my bus was late
Thirty minutes in pouring rain I had to wait 

I arrived at work and then my computer froze
A long deep breath is what I needed to compose
The soup at dinner time was really stone cold
The bread I'm sure was also full of mold 

Home time and the bus was late once more 
That's when I noticed a hinge leave my door
So to bed I would quickly hurry up and go 
A day to forget full of so much agony and woe
