When we Feel like Hiding

When fear selects the flight response,
We run into our hermit shell. 
 
Escaping from the difficulties of the world,
Doing whatever it takes to get off the maze.
 
Whenever we come out of hiding,
The obstacle course will still be waiting.
 
The longer we wait to face the rough road,
