When will the last of the stars in the sky fall
When will we learn how to walk and to stand tall
When will we fight for the lives of our loved ones
When will this war with each other finally be done

Can we fight for ourselves but not against others
Can we love ourselves and still love one another 
Can we still hold hands but not in shame
Can we see each other but not in graves

When will we look at each other and see what this worlds become 
When will we finally see these things can't be undone 
When will we stop all the crime and the murder
When will we listen and everyone be heard 

Can we share our world without the hate
Can we hug our loved ones and not because it's too late
Can we share our memories with our friends 
Can we love each other before we bring our world to it's end

When will we finally see that we're all the same
When will we see that a name is just a name
When will we see that race doesn't define us at all
