Poem -

Where Truth Lies

a brief meditation on truth ..

If the truth is not allowed to out,
it shall eat you from inside ..
But I wouldn't worry all that much
there’s not an awful lot of it to hide ..

Where I'm at

What is the goal of an individual but to pursue authenticity? Seems to me some believe this is innate when it's really a devotion to striving for honesty. It doesn't come easy to anybody! The older you get the easier it is to stripe the BS away is true, one reason being one simply becomes tired. Lol. Nonetheless there is effort involved and it is worth doing. That said, it is also fine to keep something up your sleeve or reserved for those closest to us. You don't want to bore people. You want them to keep on guessing.

This short verse is brimming with ...
The Realisation.
I found these words on another post and they punched me. Life is a game we get tired of, and not everyone is a player. We get tired and dear Neville, I wonder how you have managed to survive in your chosen and lifesaving profession. Hugs x
