Who Dat Nation

Who dat can beat dem Saints
To the superbowl- no they ain't
A ref missed a major call
Ram hit a Saint causing him to miss the ball
Did the fans of Black and Gold cry
No they had a parade and you wanna know why
Who Dat Nation would rather pass a good time
Have a parade, jazz, and do the second line
From St. Louis Cathedral steeple
Through the French Quarter, streets crowded with people
Like Drew Brees says, this won't keep us down, we'll come back bold
Who Dat Nation's spirit is strong, so as always, the good times rolled

Wow Tony, well I am a fan of you, past Saint or not. Long time no see. Maybe this summer will have more time to read everyone's poems. Even though really not much time to write lately, I could not resist this one. You and Cherie are the greatest.
Dear Shirley,
The greatest robbery I have ever seen in a Pro football game, happened that fateful Sunday, to the Saints. How one man could have the power to perpetrate this travesty on them, is a mystery to me. These rules need to be drastically changed.
I admire the Saints so much, for standing proud, knowing that they were cheated out of going to the Superbowl.
Your poem was absolutely spot on!!
Love,
Larry xxx
