Who knows the earth

 Who knows the earth

Who knows the earth

With its calculated ways

It's days of thunder lays
Before one's time of death
????????
Who knows the earth
That which this will take
The stand upon which we break
For all the days of myrth
????????

Thunder, before me took
This bolt, this heart mistook
Lightning; before me took
This death, this heart mistook
???????
Great serpent of the sky
That brings heaven to earth
The dust above now underneath
For which we surely die
???????
Who knows the earth
Thy day now come and gone
As all the grief forgone
Who now shall save love's birth
????????
Who knows the earth
Knows the day
Kneels upon altars pray
Before one's time of death
