Who Were You

Who Were You

I see the feeling in your eyes
I see your movements change in fear
I see you look at her like you’ve won the prize
I see that you finally have everything right here
You took me for granted and ripped out my heart
You felt no pain when you stood there and sneered
You walked that bright day and tore me apart
Now there is “I” and now there is “you”
You took all my love and broke each and every rule
