Poem -

Who's hurting who?

I've watched the rain in tangles
As it seems to not understand

The way it felt inside the heart to hold another's hand

Sometimes the storm takes revenge on me, for the pain you feel inside

Although the seas are rough to travel,  and your love wasn't real, you lied

I tamed the stones you threw my way, and laid then down with pride beneath my feet,

To walk the roads ahead of you, and all that hurt I now deplete,

For happiness is always better known
Than anger could compete.
