A Wider View

It's time to take a wider view
To step back now and think it through
The thoughts and actions in this time
Will bring success or lead to crime

So who are we?  Where are we bound?
The world moves on without a sound
Then one day, all becoming clear
The truth at last will reappear

Have boldness and some caution too
Start with your mission, see it through
And others see just what is done
Make time for work and time for fun

The balance is what we now seek
So much occurs within a week
Make choices now, at least a few
But always with a wider view
