Poem -

The wind

The wind

As I lie here
In the winds harrowing
Tears tearing
Fires burning
There is the earth tilting

This wind funnel
It eats me from the inside
Throws me like a branch
Perhaps I will die today
Perhaps

This wind is thy master
It lashes without pity
Ye are it's slave
Without guilt
It kills by force alone

There I lay
Aside your dead body
We were once
Now no more
In the wind

This is a very sad, very powerfully worded poem!  Great job!

Such is nature, it gives and takes

we are it's victims, then we lay in graves

forevermore; don't be too sad, is nature.

thank you,

take care

Jai :)

not as great as the all powerful wind

a poem that will be tossed around

like a pizza box, but I nevertheless

appreciate you saying so, all feelings

can end up as poetry,

best from Jai :)
